Armor announces leadership change, launch of sister agency

Armor, a Philadelphia-based digital agency, today announced a change to its leadership team. Dan Hughes and Chris Reif have moved into Partner roles and will now jointly lead the agency’s day-to-day operations and strategic vision.

In addition, Armor founder Scott Peters announced the launch of Assemble, a new venture that provides on-demand creative production services for ad agencies and publishers.

“Together Dan and Chris have made Armor into something special,” said Peters. “Their unique ability to nurture client relationships, produce outstanding creative work, and build a strong culture has been impressive to watch first-hand. I have no doubt they’ll continue to flourish in their new leadership roles.”

“Scott’s provided an incredible opportunity for Chris and I,” said Hughes. “Taking the baton and driving Armor’s future is going to be an exciting ride. It’ll be awesome to see Scott return to his roots and build Assemble into a great production option for agencies.”

“Since I joined Armor, it’s been all about connecting with brands that we can materially impact and help,” added Reif. “We’ve generated a lot of momentum over the past year and I’m looking forward to continuing that in the coming months and years.”
